Each work in this series is made from a single book about an art museum collection. Cut up into two-inch strips and rebound into long forms, the length being dependent upon the size of the original book, they are then gathered into sections and housed in specially made wooden structures. With the content of the books no longer accessible they allude to the unavailability of much of a museum’s collection.
